Garlicky Beer Cheese Dip


  • 4 Tbsp. Better Butter Garlic Parmesan Craft Butter
  • 1 (8 oz) Pkg. Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (8 oz) Pkg. Shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (8 oz) Pkg. Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 C. Lager
  • ½ C. Half & half
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Melt the Garlic Parmesan Craft Butter and cream cheese in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add the cheddar, mozzarella, lager, and half & half. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Stir the mixture constantly until the cheese is melted and the dip is smooth and creamy.
  4. Serve with veggies, soft pretzels, or chips.
