- 4 Tbsp. Better Butter Garlic Parmesan Craft Butter
- 1 (8 oz) Pkg. Cream cheese, softened
- 1 (8 oz) Pkg. Shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 (8 oz) Pkg. Shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 C. Lager
- ½ C. Half & half
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Melt the Garlic Parmesan Craft Butter and cream cheese in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
- Add the cheddar, mozzarella, lager, and half & half. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir the mixture constantly until the cheese is melted and the dip is smooth and creamy.
- Serve with veggies, soft pretzels, or chips.
