Why did you rebrand/change the packaging for Better Butter?

In short: because of you! We started takingtime to consider all of the great people buying our products and worked to findways in which we could better resonate with our core audience. Our products arebursting with real flavor and represent an amazing culinary experience—wethought it was time for our brand to be representative of that.

Who is Bertie the Cow?

Bertie is our mascot: the cow with the “flavor-obsessed” eyes you see in our logo and on our packaging. She hails fromthe vast flavor plains of the center of the Milky Way. She’s landed here on Earth to begin her plans of bringing decadent otherworldly flavor experiences by spreading her contagious obsession with flavored butter.

What do you mean by “Real. Flavored. Butter."?

We’re butter, and we’re flavor. That’s it. (No oils and no unpronounceable ten-dollar words in the ingredient list.) We jam-pack our butter with such intense flavor from real ingredients that it’s impossible not to try another bite. There’s no questioning the flavor here. You taste it, you feel it, you love it.

Will I still be able to find my favorite flavors?

Absolutely! The only thing that’s different is the packaging. It’s still the same great flavors and ingredients—all with a new, fresh look.

What is the shelf life of Better Butter?

Our butter is shelf-stable due to low water activity. Bacteria and mold require available water to grow. We test every batch of butter to ensure it has a low enough level of available water to prevent growth. In other words, our low water activity allows our product to sit on the shelf at room temperature for up to six weeks.

Can I really keep Better Butter outside of the refrigerator for up to 6 weeks?

Absolutely! In fact we recommend it! Keeping our product on the counter (instead of in the fridge) takes the spreading experience to the next level. Because our butter is whipped and nearly all water is removed, it can sit at room temperature for up to six weeks after purchase and still taste amazing!

What grade of butter do we use?

The best of the best: Grade AA.

Where do you source your milk/cream?

We get our butter directly from a farmer-owned dairy farm located in Southern Idaho.

Will Chef Shamy still be available in Sam’s Club?
