Ingredients
- 6 Croissants
- 4 eggs
- ¼ cup Half-and-half
- 2 T sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- Honey Better Butter, for serving
- Fresh strawberries, for serving
Directions
- Cut croissant in half down the middle.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix eggs, half and half, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla until smooth and fully combined.
- Dip croissant halves in egg mixture.
- Place them on a greased or buttered skillet over medium heat. Cook 3 minutes each side.
- Serve with Honey Better Butter and strawberries.
