Ingredients

  • 6 Croissants
  • 4 eggs
  • ¼ cup Half-and-half
  • 2 T sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Honey Better Butter, for serving
  • Fresh strawberries, for serving

Directions

  • Cut croissant in half down the middle.
  • In a large mixing bowl, mix eggs, half and half, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla until smooth and fully combined.
  • Dip croissant halves in egg mixture.
  • Place them on a greased or buttered skillet over medium heat. Cook 3 minutes each side.
  • Serve with Honey Better Butter and strawberries.
