Buttery Sheet Pan Shrimp Scampi
Prep: 10 min
Cook: 10-12 min
- 1 Pound Large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 Tbsp. Garlic Parmesan Basil Better Butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 tsp. Lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. Red pepper flakes (optional)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Lemon wedges (for serving)
- Preheat your oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- In a small bowl, combine the melted Garlic Parmesan Basil Better Butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if desired). Stir well to mix the flavors.
- Place the shrimp in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Pour the butter mixture over the shrimp, ensuring that each shrimp is coated evenly.
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through. Be careful not to overcook the shrimp, as they can become rubbery.
- Once cooked, remove the sheet pan from the oven and garnish the shrimp with freshly chopped parsley.
- Serve the Buttery Sheet Pan Shrimp Scampi hot, with lemon wedges on the side for squeezing over the shrimp. Enjoy as a standalone dish or serve it over pasta, rice, or crusty bread.
