  • 1 Pound Large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 Tbsp. Garlic Parmesan Basil Better Butter, melted
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. Lemon zest
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. Red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)


  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the melted Garlic Parmesan Basil Better Butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if desired). Stir well to mix the flavors.
  3. Place the shrimp in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Pour the butter mixture over the shrimp, ensuring that each shrimp is coated evenly.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through. Be careful not to overcook the shrimp, as they can become rubbery.
  6. Once cooked, remove the sheet pan from the oven and garnish the shrimp with freshly chopped parsley.
