The Best Homemade Garlic Burger
Ingredients
Burger Patties
- 2 lbs. Lean ground beef
- ¼ C. Garlic Better Butter (room temp), plus more for the buns
- 2 ½ Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ C. fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cheese
Burger Assembly
- 6 Burger buns
- Condiments, as desired
- Lettuce
- Pickles
- Sliced Tomatoes
- Sliced Onion
Directions
- In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly combine the ground beef, Garlic Better Butter, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Form the meat mixture into 6 patties.
- Cook on the grill over medium heat, about 5 minutes each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
- Brush the buns with Garlic Better Butter and grill for 1-2 minutes, flat side down.
