The Best Homemade Garlic Burger

Ingredients

  1. Burger Patties

  • 2 lbs. Lean ground beef
  • ¼ C. Garlic Parmesan Better Butter (room temp), plus more for the buns
  • 2 ½ Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ C. fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cheese
  1. Burger Assembly

  • 6 Burger buns
  • Condiments, as desired
  • Lettuce
  • Pickles
  • Sliced Tomatoes
  • Sliced Onion

Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly combine the ground beef, Garlic Parmesan Better Butter, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form the meat mixture into 6 patties.
  3. Cook on the grill over medium heat, about 5 minutes each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
  4. Brush the buns with Garlic Parmesan Better Butter and grill for 1-2 minutes, flat side down.
  5. Assemble the burgers and buns with toppings and condiments.
