Use a fork to poke holes in the potatoes and wrap each potato in a damp paper towel.
Microwave potatoes for 5-8 minutes, or until each potato is soft. Allow to cool slightly, before cutting into cubes.
Melt Steakhouse Butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion, and sprinkle salt and pepper to taste. Cook for about 3 minutes, then add the breakfast sausage. Break into chunks and brown in the skillet.
Add potato cubes and stir to combine.
Make 3 wells and crack an egg into each well. Cover and cook for about 2-3 minutes.
