Garlic Roasted Red Onions

Small red onions, brushed with Garlic Herb Better Butter and slow roasted until soft and caramelized.


  • 4 Red onions, halved
  • ¼ C. Garlic Herb Better Butter
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh thyme leaves, plus more for garnish
  • Salt and pepper, to taste



  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place the onions, cut side up, into a 9 ×13 baking dish. Brush generously with melted Garlic Herb Better Butter. Garnish with fresh thyme leaves and salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Roast the prepared onions for 45-60 minutes, until caramelized and just soft.
  4. Garnish with the remaining thyme.
