Small red onions, brushed with Garlic Herb Better Butter and slow roasted until soft and caramelized.
Ingredients:
4 Red onions, halved
¼ C. Garlic Herb Better Butter
2 Tbsp. fresh thyme leaves, plus more for garnish
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place the onions, cut side up, into a 9 ×13 baking dish. Brush generously with melted Garlic Herb Better Butter. Garnish with fresh thyme leaves and salt and pepper to taste.
Roast the prepared onions for 45-60 minutes, until caramelized and just soft.
