Garlic Loaded Potato Skins
Ingredients
- 4 baked potatoes, baked and halved.
- 1/2 C. Better Butter Garlic Butter, melted
- 2 C. cheddar cheese
- 1/2 C. crumbled bacon
- 1/2 C. sour cream
- 1/4 C. green onion, sliced
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Cut the already baked potatoes in half lengthwise. Use a spoon to scoop out the middle, leaving a 1/4 to 1/2 inch on the skin.
- Brush the inside of each potato skin with melted Garlic Butter.
- Bake for 10 minutes, or until edges are starting to brown.
- Reduce oven temperature to 375°F.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the potato skins and bake for 10 minutes, or until cheese is melty.
- Remove from oven and top with bacon, sour cream, and green onion, and serve warm.
