Marinated sirloin steak, seared and served on a bed of lemony “zoodles” tossed with Garlic Herb Better Butter.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. Sirloin steak, cut into bite size cubes
  • ¼ C. Soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Hot sauce
  • ½ tsp. Black pepper
  • 4 Medium zucchini, spiralized
  • 6 Tbsp. Garlic Herb Better Butter, divided
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 3 Tbsp. Fresh parsley, plus more for garnish
  • ½ tsp. Paprika
  • ½ tsp. Red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. Place steak bites, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and pepper in a sealable bag. Allow marinade to sit in the fridge to 30-60 minutes.
  2. Melt 2 Tbsp. Garlic Herb Better Butter in a skillet over high heat. Add the steak bites and sear, 1 minute on each side. Remove from the heat and set aside.
  3. Turn heat down to medium and add the remaining Garlic Herb Better Butter. Add the zucchini noodles to the pan. Add lemon juice, parsley, paprika, and red pepper flakes. Toss to combine.
  4. Return the steak to the pan. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Garnish with more fresh parsley to serve.
