Place steak bites, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and pepper in a sealable bag. Allow marinade to sit in the fridge to 30-60 minutes.
Melt 2 Tbsp. Garlic Herb Better Butter in a skillet over high heat. Add the steak bites and sear, 1 minute on each side. Remove from the heat and set aside.
Turn heat down to medium and add the remaining Garlic Herb Better Butter. Add the zucchini noodles to the pan. Add lemon juice, parsley, paprika, and red pepper flakes. Toss to combine.
Return the steak to the pan. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
