Ingredients

  1. 1 pack of pre-made chicken meatballs
  2. 1 C. Parmesan cheese
  3. 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
  4. 4 Tbsp. Black Truffle Butter
  5. 1 box of pasta noodles or zucchini noodles

Directions

  1. Melt Black Truffle Butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add meatballs in a single layer and cook for 4-5 minutes, then flip. Cook 4-5 minutes more, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°.
  2. Remove from pan and bring another pot of water to a boil. Cook pasta to box instructions, if using.
  3. Add cooked pasta (or zoodles if using) and toss with a little more Black Truffle Butter. Serve with meatballs & parmesan.
