Lemon Herb Salmon & Veggie Sheet Pan Dinner
Ingredients
- 1 Salmon Filet
- 1 Medium yellow squash, cut into ½ inch pieces
- 2 C. Broccoli florets
- 1 C. Red onion, cut into petals
- 6 Tbsp. Lemon Herb Butter, melted
- Salt and pepper
- 1 Lemon, cut into wedges
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400° F.
- On a large sheet pan, arrange the salmon filet, squash, broccoli, and red onion.
- Brush salmon generously with half of the Lemon Herb Butter. Drizzle the rest of the Lemon Herb Butter evenly over the vegetables.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake at 400° F for 15-20 minutes, or until salmon is cooked to your liking.
- Garnish with lemon wedges, and squeeze some lemon juice onto the salmon.
