  • Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
  • Lay the bacon slices in a single layer on the wire rack. Make sure they are not overlapping.
  • In a small saucepan over low heat or in the microwave, melt the Hot Honey Butter until smooth and runny.
  • Using a pastry brush, generously coat each slice of bacon with the melted butter.
  • Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and caramelized. Keep an eye on it to prevent burning, as the sugar in the butter can cause it to brown quickly.
  • Remove the bacon from the oven and let it cool on the wire rack for a few minutes. The glaze will set as it cools.
