Ingredients

  • 1 Red Onion, chopped
  • 1 Zucchini, chopped
  • 1 C. Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 C. Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper, Sliced
  • ½ C. Garlic Butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • Slice and chop your veggies and set aside in a large bowl. 
  • Melt ¼ C. of Garlic Butter in pan.
  • Pour melted butter over veggies and toss to fully coat.
  • Skewer your buttery veggies and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grill on medium for 10 minutes, flipping every few minutes. 
  • Finish at high heat for 2 minutes or until slightly charred. 
  • While veggies are cooking, melt remaining ¼ C. of butter. 
  • Take skewers off the heat and drizzle with remaining melted butter. Enjoy!
