Garlic Parmesan Smashed Potatoes

Serving Size: 6 servings

  • 1 lb. baby Yukon Gold potatoes

  • 5 T Garlic Parmesan Basil Better Butter

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • ¾ cup grated Parmesan

  • Fresh chopped parsley, to garnish



  1. Preheat oven to 425° F.
  2. Place potatoes in large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes. Drain, then place potatoes on a baking sheet.
  3. Use the bottom of a jar or glass to smash potatoes into flat patties.
  4. Brush generously with melted Garlic Butter. Salt and pepper to taste, and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
  5. Bake at 425° F for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Garnish with parsley, and serve.
