Boil a pot of salted water and cook your pasta according to package instructions. Once done, drain and set aside, reserving 1/3 cup of pasta water.
In a large skillet, melt ¼ C. of Better Butter Garlic Butter over medium heat. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and become golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
Toss in the spinach and cook until it wilts, about 2-3 minutes.
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the mushrooms and spinach. Stir well to coat everything with the Garlic Butter. Add a bit of the reserved pasta water to help combine.
Stir in the remaining Garlic Butter and season with salt and pepper. Serve hot and enjoy!
