Garlic Butter Pizza Crust
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. Yeast, dissolved in 1 ¾ C. Warm water
- 4 ½ C. All-purpose Flour
- 1 tsp. Salt
- ¼ C. Olive oil (plus more for pans)
- 3 Tbsp. Garlic Better Butter, melted
- Pizza fixings: pizza sauce, cheese, pepperoni, etc.
Directions
- In a bowl, combine the yeast and warm water.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour and salt. Incorporate the olive oil and warm water mixture.
- Knead the dough into a smooth ball, about 5 minutes.
- Cover the dough with a towel and leave it to rise for 30 minutes, until the dough has doubled in size.
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Roll half the dough into a circle on a lightly floured surface and place it on a pizza pan.
- Brush the surface of the dough with melted Garlic Better Butter.
- Add pizza toppings as desired and bake pizza at 425 degrees for 15-18 minutes.
