Garlic Butter Pizza Crust

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. Yeast, dissolved in 1 ¾ C. Warm water
  • 4 ½ C. All-purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • ¼ C. Olive oil (plus more for pans)
  • 3 Tbsp. Garlic Parmesan Basil Better Butter, melted
  • Pizza fixings: pizza sauce, cheese, pepperoni, etc.

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine the yeast and warm water.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the flour and salt. Incorporate the olive oil and warm water mixture.
  3. Knead the dough into a smooth ball, about 5 minutes.
  4. Cover the dough with a towel and leave it to rise for 30 minutes, until the dough has doubled in size.
  5. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  6. Roll half the dough into a circle on a lightly floured surface and place it on a pizza pan.
  7. Brush the surface of the dough with melted Garlic Parmesan Basil Better Butter.
  8. Add pizza toppings as desired and bake pizza at 425 degrees for 15-18 minutes.
