½ cup Cinnamon Brown Sugar Better Butter, at room temp
2 eggs
2 cups mashed overripe bananas, about 4 bananas
1 cup cinnamon chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350° F.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
In a separate mixing bowl cream Cinnamon Brown Sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and mashed banana and beat until combined. Add dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Stir in cinnamon chips.
Pour batter into a greased 9×5 loaf pan.
Bake at 350° for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes, then turn out of pan. Cool completely before serving.
