Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking soda

¼ tsp salt

½ cup Cinnamon Brown Sugar Better Butter, at room temp

2 eggs

2 cups mashed overripe bananas, about 4 bananas

1 cup cinnamon chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate mixing bowl cream Cinnamon Brown Sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and mashed banana and beat until combined. Add dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Stir in cinnamon chips.
- Pour batter into a greased 9×5 loaf pan.
- Bake at 350° for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool 10 minutes, then turn out of pan. Cool completely before serving.
