Cinnamon Brown Sugar Pretzel Knots

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. Prepared pizza dough
  • 5 C. Water
  • ¼ C. Baking soda
  • Cinnamon Brown Sugar Better Butter

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. On a clean work surface, cut the prepared dough into 5-inch, 1.5 oz. strips. Roll eaot. Repeat, arranging the knots on the parchment.
  3. Boil the water and baking soda. Working two at a time, boil the pretzel knots for 30-60 seconds. Flip them mid-way through boiling and use a slotted spoon to place them back on the parchment.
  4. Once the pretzel knots are parboiled, bake them at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes, until plumped and browned.
  5. Just out of the oven, use a pastry brush to coat each pretzel knot with Cinnamon Brown Sugar Better Butter.
  6. Serve warm or at room temperature.
