Cheesy Pull-Apart Garlic Rolls

Serving Size: 6 servings

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  1. 1 Package of store-bought dinner rolls (about 12 rolls)

  2. 4-6 Tbsp. Garlic Herb Better Butter, melted

  3. 1 1/2 C. Mozzarella cheese, shredded

  4. 1/4 C. Parmesan cheese, grated

  5. Fresh herbs for garnish (e.g., parsley, chives, or thyme)

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.

  2. Lightly coat the bottom and sides of a large cast-iron pan with a small amount of the melted Garlic Herb Better Butter.

  3. Take the store-bought dinner rolls and place them into the cast-iron pan snuggly next to each other. If the rolls are too big, you can slightly press them down to fit.

  4. Brush or drizzle the melted Garlic Herb Better Butter generously over each dinner roll, ensuring each roll is well-coated.

  5. Evenly sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the rolls, filling the gap between each roll as well. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top for an added layer of flavor.

  6. Place the cast-iron pan in the preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown on top and the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.

  7. Once out of the oven, sprinkle the freshly chopped herbs over the top for a burst of color and fresh flavor.

  8. Serve warm directly from the cast-iron pan. Let your guests pull apart the cheesy, garlic-infused rolls and enjoy!

Tip: Pair these cheesy pull-apart garlic rolls with a side of marinara sauce or your favorite dipping sauce for an even more delicious experience!Top of Form
