Carefully slice away the top of the rind. Place the prepared brie (cut side up) in a tight-fitting baking dish placed over a baking sheet.
Melt the Craft Butter in a sauté pan over medium heat. Add the diced butternut squash and sauté until softened. Add the diced apple in the last 1-2 minutes.
Once the sauteed mixture is just tender, spoon it over the prepared brie and place it with the baking sheet on the center rack of the oven. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until the brie is soft and golden on top.
Garnish with fresh rosemary (if using) and serve the baked brie warm with crackers.
