Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. Wheel of Brie cheese, room temperature
  • 1 C. Diced butternut squash
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, diced to ½-inch
  • 3 Tbsp. Better Butter European Style Craft Butter
  • Fresh rosemary, for garnish (optional)
  • Crackers, for serving

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 325
  2. Carefully slice away the top of the rind. Place the prepared brie (cut side up) in a tight-fitting baking dish placed over a baking sheet.
  3. Melt the Craft Butter in a sauté pan over medium heat. Add the diced butternut squash and sauté until softened. Add the diced apple in the last 1-2 minutes.
  4. Once the sauteed mixture is just tender, spoon it over the prepared brie and place it with the baking sheet on the center rack of the oven. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until the brie is soft and golden on top.
  5. Garnish with fresh rosemary (if using) and serve the baked brie warm with crackers.
